The idea behind the initiative of forming a team of jumks was given by a student of ju , 'Mohit Johar' .He is the founder of jumakerspace and he started working on it in 2016 . We have successfully done many events like : On 20 Dec JU MAKERSPACE conducted a Faculty Workshop on the same which highlighted the key features of 3-D printing and designing the CAD model. We also gave away the participants with a 3- D printed keychain.
On 27th – 29th February 2020, JU MakerSpace organised a MINI- MAKER CARNIVAL on the university’s techno-cultural fest, JU RHYTHM. It was an exhibition in which makers from the city came up to showcase their talents and works.

SW-MKS (Summer with MakerSpace) is an free workshop provided by members of JU MakerSpace to motivate students to explore their areas of interest in some of the most trending technologies. These series of structured sessions will provide participants with knowledge and skills related to the new technology. SW-MKS is going to be an enriching session to help develop the students’ interest in the engineering world in a fun and interactive way.
The workshop will provide you with ideas on Python, Machine
